At All Kids Win, our volunteers are the heart of our mission. Every week, hundreds of students across Thurston County rely on weekend food bags to get through times when school meals aren’t available—and it wouldn’t be possible without the time, energy, and care of people like you.

Whether you're looking to help once a week or once a year, we have a place for you on our team. Here are just a few of the ways you can make an impact:

Weekly Food Bagging Parties

Help us assemble food bags that go directly into the backpacks of local students. It’s hands-on, high-impact, and perfect for individuals or small groups looking to give back. *At this time our calendar is full for the 2024-2025 school year, we will start scheduling the 2025-2026 school year in August 2025.

Event Volunteers

From fundraisers to community drives, we need enthusiastic helpers to staff events, set up, clean up, and keep things running smoothly. Check out our event calendar to see different opportunities available.

Operations Support

Got a knack for organization or logistics? Lend a hand with inventory, donation sorting, warehouse organization, or deliveries.
